Estoril House

This house, set within a plot of dense vegetation, underwent a complete rehabilitation. Previously frozen in time, the renovation focused on the interior, with the strategic addition of glass openings to enhance the connection between the indoors and the garden. Inside, formerly compartmentalized spaces were blended and merged, creating a ground floor that is spacious, communicative, yet calmly composed in its distinct areas. Social interactions and conviviality were key drivers in the development of the proposal. A dining area became the heart of the home, serving as the focal point for activities and relationships. Materials, textures, and colors were chosen to feel vibrant, clearly referencing the surrounding nature and the essence of family life.
